Cuban Domino Slam (the "Service") is operated by Noraly Cardoza (trading as "Cuban Domino Slam"), the "Seller". For the personal data described in this notice, Noraly Cardoza acts as the data controller and decides how and why your data is processed.
When you create an account we collect your email address, chosen username, and any profile details you provide such as an avatar. We also collect gameplay data — match history, MMR, coins, XP, items you acquire, in-app purchases, device identifiers, IP address, and basic usage telemetry — so the game can function and we can prevent fraud and abuse.
We process your data on the following GDPR/UK-GDPR legal bases: performance of a contract (account creation, providing the game, processing purchases), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement, leaderboards), consent (optional marketing communications, where applicable), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, responding to lawful requests). We do not sell personal data.
Your username, avatar, level, rank, and stats are visible to other players in lobbies, matches, leaderboards, and the hall of fame.
We share data only with categories of recipients needed to run the Service:
We retain account and profile data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except: anonymized match history (kept indefinitely for game integrity and leaderboards), security and abuse logs (kept up to 12 months), and transaction/billing records retained by us and by Paddle for up to 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting law.
Account and gameplay data are stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and least-privilege access for operators. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures.
We use essential local browser storage to keep you signed in and remember settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and UK GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of, and port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise your rights, contact us via the Contact page. We will respond within one month.
Your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cuban Domino Slam is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us so we can remove it.
