Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to enjoy Cuban Domino Slam. If you're not satisfied with a purchase made from Noraly Cardoza (trading as "Cuban Domino Slam"), you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

2. How to Request a Refund

All orders are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
• Or contact our support team via the Contact page and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. Subscriptions

VIP and other subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time at paddle.net or via the in-app subscription management link; cancellation prevents future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds for renewal charges follow the 30-day window described above.

4. Consumed Virtual Items

In-game coins or items that have already been spent or consumed inside the game may not be eligible for refund, at our and Paddle's discretion. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including any right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law.
