These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Noraly Cardoza (trading as "Cuban Domino Slam"), the operator of the Cuban Domino Slam game and website (the "Service"). References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Noraly Cardoza.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to play, and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing a subscription, virtual currency, or other items from us, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms which govern payment, billing, taxes, currency, invoices, cancellations, and refunds.
Subscriptions (such as VIP) renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via paddle.net; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
No cheating, exploiting bugs, botting, account sharing, boosting, or collusion in ranked matches. Quitting matches repeatedly may trigger MMR penalties or temporary queue bans.
You must not misuse the Service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, sexual content directed at other players, probing or interfering with security, scraping, or distributing malware. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
The Service, including all software, artwork, branding, gameplay design, text, and other content (other than user-submitted content) is owned by Noraly Cardoza or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits.
Coins, XP, cosmetics, and other in-game items are licensed to you, have no real-world cash value, are non-transferable outside the game, and may be revoked for violations of these Terms. Where you purchase virtual items, the purchase is the licence — it does not transfer ownership of any underlying IP.
You retain ownership of usernames and avatars you upload, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display them within the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may delete your account at any time. On termination your licence to use the Service ends; data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the matchmaking ranking will reflect any specific skill measure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
